My Program:
I have done well in the past using Suzanne Somers' plan: Somersize. Right now I am trying to use the SP trackers and Somersize together. I am shooting for M/W/Sa to do 30 min treadmill and circuit weight lifting. T/F is Zumba! Th/Su are rest days for now, but may turn into either a Yoga dvd or cycling.

I am interested in finding health solutions through vitamins/ herbs and food; I prefer to use organic whenever possible. I love Kenny Chesney's and Mary Chapin Carpenter's music and the ocean!
