It's Never Too Late to Get Healthy!!

I'm a fifty-somrthing woman who has spent her life on fad diets. But staying healthy is really not a diet, but and mind-set. I found that my new mind-set involves educating myself. I know with this program, that I can do it. It's never too late!

My Goals:
My main goal is to get my sugar under control because I have type II diabetes. My second goal is to drop weight and my cholesterol numbers. My third goal is to lose weight.

My Program:
I'm learning to find 15-30 minutes daily to exercise as well as make better food choices.

Personal Information:
I stress even when there is nothing to stess about. I don't know how to relax; when I take a day to shut down and do nothing, I feel guilty that I "wasted" the day. I need to learn to be kinder to myself.

Other Information:
If you say "I can't do it," then you probably won't. It's the power of positive thinking.
