    Having just gotten through the "I feel fat and I hate it" phase myself, I can tell you that you're on the right path to ending it. Half of feeling fat is the feeling! I think you should spend more energy focusing on your victories, and leave the feeling fat part behind. Replace just one unhealthy craving with a fruit, or a salad. It might just be one victory a day, but in the long run they'll slowly get rid of the junk food desires. You can do it!
