I know what you mean - I have only occasionally found that I'm just stuck at a plateau and had to bump up to the top of my range, otherwise, I too have to stay at the under 1300 range. Just something to keep in the back of your head if you lose, then stagnate. It doesn't take more than a couple of days for me to convince my body that no, I wasn't going to starve it and it is ok to shed the weight, and then, alas, I have to go back to the bottom of my range!
