I always do much better when I plan -- so my PROGRAM consists of writing out a WEEKLY PLAN on Sundays that includes EATING, EXERCISE and ACTIVITIES.

I can now officially call myself an "award winning" photographer AND writer. I am looking to publish my first novel ...

Thanks for you comment on my "rules of mountain biking". There is one exception to the "No Spandex" rule. Cross-Country team racing kits are generally made of tight fitting spandex. However, you can only wear a Cross-Country racing kit if you are actually on the team! Then, unless you are training in a group or racing, wearing the team kit for casual trail riding is frowned upon.

Baggies and loose-fitting pull-over jerseys are the norm in mountain biking because mountain biking was originally counter-bike culture, and bikers (never call a mountain biker a "cyclist") did not want to look like a spandex death-sausage in the wilderness.

I have trouble sticking to one task. I am a multi tasker. To the point of creating chaos sometimes. I do enjoy being busy.
