TO GET HEALTHY & FIT

CURRENT MINI GOALS:
(1) Stay within my calorie range 6 out of 7 days per week:
(2) Eat at least 4 servings of fruits/veggies per day.
(3) Drink 64 oz water daily.
(4) 10,000 steps/day (Fitbit).
(5) Strength training 2x/week (30 mins each).
(6) 30 mins daily treadmill or outside walking/jogging.
(7) Focus on 10 pound goals at a time.

EXERCISE MORE
(Exercise daily; At least 30 minutes on treadmill or outside daily.)
Step Goal: 10,000/day.

EAT BETTER
(Stay within calorie range of 1200 and 1400 and strive for reaching nutrient goals at least 5 days a week.)

LIVE HEALTHY
(Consume five servings of fruits and/or veggies each day.)

BE HAPPY
(Meet new friends by participating in social activities in my new city, at least once per week.)

I always do much better when I plan -- so my PROGRAM consists of writing out a WEEKLY PLAN on Sundays that includes EATING, EXERCISE and ACTIVITIES.

Recently transplanted to NM and I'm loving it! Previously I've lived in AZ, CA and MA.

I can now officially call myself an "award winning" photographer AND writer. I am looking to publish my first novel ...

Traveling, ballroom dancing, hiking, kayaking, photography, and learning to speak Spanish.
