Making the Effort

My name is Kelly, I'm 26yrs old.....my husband and I got married in June 2009. We then had our little boy in June 2010...I love everything (and EVERYONE) in my life more than anything. My resons for needing/wanting to lose weight is to gain more confidence (that I've never really had but i know is somewhere in me) and to feel more energized! Now I just would like to get rid of the excess weight that I carry so that I can become healthier and more energized, as well as taking on new things that I have never (and thought I could NEVER do)! I have to take every single day one at a time because I struggle every day so I am up for any help or suggestions that anyone has to help me out!

My Goals:
To lose 40-45lbs
I would really like to tone up and have a stronger body. I need to exercise more though!
I would eventually like to be able to run a 5k, I walked my first one on March 12th but I am no where near running yet....I will keep trying though...one day at a time!!!

My Program:
Years ago I used to be a member of weight watchers, so I kind of know how (the old program) works...so now I just follow that at home and exercise on my lunch breaks and whenever else I can.

My husband and I love being outside...I love camping (he's not such a fan), We both enjoy hunting (deer,turkey, and goose) We also like play sports (even though I'm not that great) We enjoy spending quality time with our families and friends.

Seventy-eight pounds lost? That's AWESOME! A good dose of patting yourself on the back may be the first exercise you need...

Hey!.. i read ur message on the message boards!. and your sounding like me!.. im doin great on the working out i just cant fight my food temptations!.. this is what im gunna try doin.. when im really craving something.. i think about how sexy im gunna if i DONT eat it!.. think about how happy you will be knowing that you didnt eat it!..
