I'm doing OK. This past week(end) was tricky. I've been doing pretty well with exercise, but stress has been getting to me and leading me into some mindless behavior. Today, I did great with eating, but didn't find time to exercise. I need balance. I have A LOT going on (I know, who doesn't?). Right now though, I just can't seem to balance things out. Lots and lots of stress, but trying to breathe through it.
Glad to hear that your marathon training is going well. I'm so excited for you!!! Cross training is so great. Your body never gets used to anything, and you work all your muscles.
