My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share.
To lose weight! to walk more and to stay consistent in my eating and life!

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. Making progress eating 4 oz protein each meal and lots of fruits and veggies. lunch and dinner= 8 servings, 2 or 3 fruit servings a day, healthy fats at lunch and supper. Grains and starches only for breakfast. Soy milk or some milk substitutes twice daily. Two hours before bed soymilk and a fruit.
