The Road to a Healthier Sarah

I recently had two babies in two years, and although I didn't gain a ton of weight, I'm having trouble losing it. I was overweight pre-pregnancy, and the bedrest, etc. during the pregnancy took its toll on my body! Time to find time to get in some exercise.
