My goal is to become healthier overall. I'm only in my early 20s and it's not acceptable for me to go down the path of being unhealthy so early on in my life. It's time to make a real difference before it's not so easy anymore. Now is the best time to create better habits and stick with them. With hard work and determination I can do it! :D
I'm not on a diet, they don't work; I also refuse to cut off the foods that I like. I'm becoming conscious of how much I eat and how many calories are really in one meal, weighing my food with a scale, finding healthier alternatives to the foods that I do enjoy, and exercising to promote better health! I find that this website is a fun tool and it's one of the motivators that aids in making these changes fun!
