My Goals:
Slow but steady wins the race! I would love to lose 54 pounds total. (I lost 4 pounds before finding SP, so I have set a goal of losing 50 more using this program.)
My Program:
I have been doing strength training and cardio 3 times per week. This week, I am going to add two extra cardio exercises and stretch every day.
Personal Information:
I was born and raised on a farm in rural Kansas. While at Bethany College, I met my husband, Jason, and we married and moved to Denver a couple of years later. We will be celebrating our 18th anniversary on August 3rd. We have a precious little princess, Alyssa, who recently turned 7. Though she does not have any siblings, we share our home with our three cats and two dogs.
