Here I am again, back to where I started weight wise. It's been a rough couple of years and now I have to get this weight off again. I've started and failed so many times, but I had a bit of a scare and I need to get serious and be good to myself.
Why I want to lose this weight.
1. Lower my blood pressure.
2. Lower my blood sugar.
3. Not get out of breath when doing simple activities.
4. Get rid of heartburn.
5. Increase my energy.

My exercise program is mainly Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam, Zumba, Chalene Extreme, Insantiy and Hip Hop Abs, but I also like Tae Bo, Tamilee Webb, Leslie Sansone, and Kathy Smith.
I love music! I listen to DEF LEPPARD, Hinder, Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Nickelback, Bon Jovi, John Mayer, Journey, Poison and a ton of others. As you can see I have a wide variety of musical tastes.
I've been happily married for 26 years. We don't have any children, but we do have furkids... Beagles, Cooper & Annabelle, and 2 kitties, Gabby, and Bailey.
I am considered a "techie." I work in Information Technologies as a Workstation Technician, which I love. I've only been in IS for about two years. Previously I had been working in long term care for 20 years. I decided to go back to school in January of 2003, and in May of 2005 earned by Associates Degree in Computer Networking. I have never been happier, everyday for me is exciting and I LOVE going to work.
