Most things are difficult before they are easy

My healthy lifestyle goal is to control my portion sizes and cut down on my sugar intake. I thought I was a fairly active person, but because of my overeating I have gained 20 pounds. I'm here to break out of that cycle.

My Goals:
My goals are to:
(1) Eat smart
(2) Exercise everyday
(3) Make time to slow down
(4) Cook more

My Program:
I am training for a 10k at the end of March 2015. I run 3 or 4 times a week and go to a class at the YMCA or do a Jillian Michaels workout at home. On days I don't feel like doing anything, I give myself some slack and at least go outside for a walk. Sometimes that is hard to do when it is so cold and dark out.
