Making my outside match my inside

I lost 78 lbs by going to TOPS, working out and eating right (More information about the non-profit weightloss organization TOPS on www.TOPS.org). I was at my goal weight in September, 2008. I was going through a very stressful period and my group changed to mornings so I could no longer attend and i gained a few lbs back. Then i joined the Army and went to Basic and AIT with my thyroid meds messed up for 6 month and came back 30 lbs heavier. So now my meds are right again and my body's not ...

So now my meds are right again and my body's not fighting me, the man that was stressing me is in jail, and I'm in college trying to find balance between school and health. I'm trying to eating right and exercise daily!

by far my favorite activity is reading. I love Laurell K Hamilton's Anita Blake series, and Charlaine Harris' Grave and southern vampire series'. Jim Butcher's Dresden Files and Simon R Green's Nightside are also very good. Kat Richardson and Phaedra Weldon are the two i'm currently reading.
In addition to books, i also love movies, and music and sewing and cooking.
