I'm 25 years old and 4'11. Some in my family are overweight and have gotten high blood pressure, diabeties and other illnesses. I am concerned that i am i am also down that road because my weight and weight ratio gives me a higher Body Mass Index. i would like to return to my high school (range between 130 to 135) weight and tone my body back to how it used to be.
i work one part-time job that has me working at odd hours and odd days which makes food and exercise very hard to stay ...

i work one part-time job that has me working at odd hours and odd days which makes food and exercise very hard to stay consistent. i used to be make time for exercise on top of reducing my energy footprint (biking, walking & buses). i am trying to eat more protein and veggies with less carbs.


Current Status:
HEALTH4LIFE2012 I woke up without a full on migraine and was able to get some chores done. I spent a lot of time sleeping so i didn't track anything.

Congratulations on your weight loss so far! I'm not working, but I'm double-majoring 2 and a half hours from where I live, and volunteering in a children hospital most weekends, so I know what a busy schedule means! :) Lots of luck for the rest of the getting in shape journey!

What's been going on? It was cool to hang out, but now we need to work out together. I miss the days of yore when it seemed like exercise was never hard to come by. I feel sorry for people who hate to exercise. LoL.
