Health-e-Coach

I am a health coach that focuses on helping women who feel "stuck." I help women find the time and the motivation to get back into those "skinny jeans."

I have two kids and several projects/jobs so I know what it is like to be insanely busy. It has taken me 7 years to establish a stable fitness routine and I am just now getting my diet on the right path.

I am a vegetarian and didn't realize until recently just how little protein I had in my diet. I am finally seeing ...

My Goals:
I want to drop my overall body fat below the 20% mark.

I do a hybrid of Chalean Extreme and Hip Hop Ab's. Three days of strength and two days of cardio every week.

I have two amazing kids and a husband who keeps me sane when my kids drive me insane.

I kind of jumped the gun a couple weeks ago when things were on sale and I had coupons and I bought a whole new wardrobe, from the skin out. In times past, celebration always meant going out to eat but that is a no no now.
