I am heading towards 42 now- and my 25'th wedding anniversary in June! The Lord has brought me so far in my goals below of learning to love and accept myself- for this I am thankful. Now is the time to truly choose to care for myself and make one healthy choice after another. Even though the scale is still not my friend, I am learning to find motivation and encouragement in other ways- fit of clothes, energy level, attitude towards life....I am thankful that every day is another new beginning and that Lord willing, this time I will meet all of my goals!

I am seriously wanting to be at my goal weight of 150 by June. My current program consists of tracking my food and exercising 6 days.
Monday: Run 1 mile and Jillian Micheals workout video
Tuesday: Run 3 miles and easy workout video
Wednesday: Run 1 mile and Jillian
Thursday: Run 3 miles and easy
Friday: Run 1 mile and Jillian
Saturday: Run 6 miles
Sunday: Off

I have been consistent with this for a couple of weeks. Ordinarily I would have gotten off track by now with discouragement due to the numbers on the scale not lining up with how hard I have worked. Thanks to Spark Coach I have the extra motivation I need to stick with this in spite of the numbers!

Hi!!! I am turning 39 years old in May and am wanting to make some lasting changes in my life as I approach 40. The most important thing I need to learn is how to love and accept myself! I need to learn how to not sabatage my own efforts and how to realize that I am as worthy as any other human to live a healthy and happy lifestyle.
I am at least 10-20 pounds overweight. I have tried unsuccessfully for many years to shed these pounds. I am an active person and I know that nutrition and serving sizes will be key to my being successful long term. I hope to meet some new friends here and I hope that we can encourage each other along our journeys! God bless and thanks for visiting my page!

- overcome my fear of failure and unrealistic need to be "perfect"
- continue to study and grow as a LMT and build a successful part time practice
- learn all I can about health, nutrition, holistic healing, organic gardening, and LIFE

Mixing it up with swimming, running, weights, tae-bo, and using the elliptical machine, rower, etc.....
6 days 45-80 minutes of cardio
3 days strength training
