time to lose
hi, i am 54 yrs old, married with 2 adult sons, and 2 grand dogs, golden retrievers, whom i spoil terribly...my family live in calgary,ab, and my hubby and i are looking for a house in creston,bc.
i have put a few pounds on and want to be rid of them, after reading some postings here and losing most of my weight i decided to use the P90X program to tone up, it has been tough and its not a pretty sight but i see results in only 1 week!!

i have stuck with sparkpeople weight/fitness and nutrition and it has been successful, now i am using P90X Fitness program, i just hope i make it to 90 days.
