Hi! Just stopping by to say hello and offer some encouragement. Don't dwell on what's behind you, but what choices you need to make to move forward. If you are having trouble getting completely back on track, start small. Just make the next choice a healthy one and go from there.
Just sent you a message but it didn't show up. Perhaps it went as private. The message was-- think about how far you have come and what brought you to Sparks to begin with. You can turn things around again. Shake it off and start again. So you had to climb a hill this week. Going down will be easier. YOU CAN DO IT!
