I am changing my life. By starting AGAIN. I used Jenny Craig for a month to jump start my lifestyle changes. That month gave me a 5% weight loss! Now I'm working on my own. Learning portion control, alternate foods, and exercising.
I'm employed as a caregiver. So, there's not much free time in my life, but I know I am as important as the ones I care for. I just have to start acting on it.
I have 2 adult children. I love nature and all types of music.

I will get 3 cardio workouts and 2 resistence workouts a week.

I'm starting out by drinking 8 glasses of water a day, eliminationg junk food and increasing veggies and fruits. I will weigh myself once a week.

Awesome that you joined Curves. I have heard really good things about that place. I can't get myself motivated to go out and do that, but I do have a treadmill in my home that I am very faithful to!

Hi! Just stopping by to say hello and offer some encouragement. Don't dwell on what's behind you, but what choices you need to make to move forward. If you are having trouble getting completely back on track, start small. Just make the next choice a healthy one and go from there.

Just sent you a message but it didn't show up. Perhaps it went as private. The message was-- think about how far you have come and what brought you to Sparks to begin with. You can turn things around again. Shake it off and start again. So you had to climb a hill this week. Going down will be easier. YOU CAN DO IT!
