A new and healthier me
Hello! I started at 200 lbs in February 2012 & I have lost 30 as of June 5th, 2012. I lost this through an extreme variety of workout programs at my gym and learning nutrition along the way. I joined SparkPeople to help provide an avenue to get me the rest of the way. I am looking to reach 145 lbs by September 15th, 2012.

My Goals:

My Program:
Recently finished the C25K program, have completed multiple 5K races this spring. Take fitness classes at the gym 4 days a week & try to run 3 days a week.
Personal Information:
Live in Central Iowa, "Step Mom" to 2 teenage girls. I work about 50 hours a week & attend school part time. In a word - BUSY!
Other Information:
I enjoy baking, reading, learning, biking, running. I am crazy domestic, love keeping home and managing my family.
