Thanks for stopping by my page and offering some encouragement! The truth is, I FEEL better when I pay attention to what I eat. Food gives me a temporary endorphin rush but it wears off quickly and then I need something else to lift me again. When I pay attention to what I'm eating and exercise, I feel steadier, stronger, and stable. Those feelings replace the quick fix of an endorphin rush and I don't need the pick me up anymore.

haha thank you! ive already lost about 15 lbs and STILL havent gone down even one pants size! how irritating! im gonna keep going though because i want to but still grr!
