Finding the skinny girl within...My name is Heather.
I have gained a lot of weight back. Not nearly all of it but I can feel a difference. So I am going back to basics and starting over here. Starting with stage 1 and re- learning a lot of the tools that I have obviously forgotten.

My Goals:
to be healthy again . im tired of feeling fat and insecure about myself.
to learn healthy habits.

My Program:
take it slow and easy. one step at a time. one meal at a time. and always try and learn from my mistakes. and remember this is a life long process!

30 minutes on the stationary bike 2 times a week.
1/2 mile walk on my lunch break 3-4 days a week and on saturday.

right now food is still a little bit of a issue with me... not as much as before. so im concentrating on just writing down what i eat and drink so i am completely aware of what i am consuming.

Personal Information:
lived my whole life in the same house in so cal till i got married at 23. have been happily married for 3 years to the man of my dreams.

Other Information:
weekends are the only real time that me and my hubby get to spend real time together so we usually relax and watch a couple of movies and get some house work done.
