I just saw your post on the message board about just getting off HCG. And trust me you're not doing anything wrong. What you're going through it totally normal.
Are you eatting anything with sugar or starches? After you get off the diet you go one a three week maintaining phase without sugar or starches. You need to increase your calories, the number one reason people gain weight back is not eatting enough. You need at least 1200 calories and switch to moderate exercise. Your body has to "Reset" itself after the weightloss.
If you don't do the maintaining phase right you may gain the weight back. Don't sweat a 2lbs gain. Seriously, it's water not fat. The more you exercise, the more your body will maintain it-switch to light exercise (yoga, pilates).
You can have a steak day which is you drink water then at night eat a lean steak and an apple. This should take that 2 lbs right off.
Then do the following:
Drink water. Eat small meals. Do not eat bread, pasta, potatoes, carrots, or other starch-filled foods for three weeks-fruit is okay except bananas. Limit dairy (skim) or yogurt (greek) to once a day and nuts to once a day. If you do this and eat 1200 calories you should be just fine. Oh, and do not drink more than one glass of wine with dinner. This is just for three weeks. After three weeks add in healthy carbs slowly like oatmeal.
