No long speeches. Done that, and got no where. I'm back, and hopefully more determine. In 2010, I lost my father, graduated my oldest from high school, receive a wake-up call with my finances, and will soon see my youngest baptize before 2011. Gain weight, neglected to exercise, and got rid of one significant pain for another. But I do know one thing, I like how I felt when I exercise and ate right. It's time to return...It's time to get back to what I know is good for me.
To make good choices daily, one day at a time.
Right now to focus on eating healthy, and a good cardio routine.
I'm a Virginian married to a New Yorker with two children.
I saw a picture of me from 2005, and my husband was like, "Dang, Hopie." I said yeah, this is my motivation to stay on track. If I don't drop another pound, I defintely don't want to go back there. The best words coming from a spouse, "man, good work. I'm proud of you."
I wrote the above almost 2 years ago, and I will not change it. My husband is still saying "Good Work."
