God First, and then me...

No long speeches. Done that, and got no where. I'm back, and hopefully more determine. In 2010, I lost my father, graduated my oldest from high school, receive a wake-up call with my finances, and will soon see my youngest baptize before 2011. Gain weight, neglected to exercise, and got rid of one significant pain for another. But I do know one thing, I like how I felt when I exercise and ate right. It's time to return...It's time to get back to what I know is good for me.

My Goals:
To make good choices daily, one day at a time.

My Program:
Right now to focus on eating healthy, and a good cardio routine.

Personal Information:
I'm a Virginian married to a New Yorker with two children.

Other Information:
I saw a picture of me from 2005, and my husband was like, "Dang, Hopie." I said yeah, this is my motivation to stay on track. If I don't drop another pound, I defintely don't want to go back there. The best words coming from a spouse, "man, good work. I'm proud of you."

I wrote the above almost 2 years ago, and I will not change it. My husband is still saying "Good Work."

emoticon Tomorrow is DECEMBER 1st and we have 31 days left so let's REALLY work hard and use this month for a great loss so on NEW YEAR'S DAY 2010, we can celebrate!! emoticon Let's set goals and really work as this month is SO difficult with all the food everywhere!!! emoticon

I got through my gallbladder surgery 10-14 and I regained 24# but have gotten 10# of it off again, so I'm working to get back to where I was and I will do it. (Hope to by New Year's Day!!)

Nathan's cancer check-up came back "clean" so we were thrilled. We hope they continue to be that way. He has an interview at the U. of Florida Medical School on Friday, so he hopes to get into the Fall class.
