Wow! That's great about the half marathon. Pete is running Grandma's marathon in Mn. this June. He's wishing he signed up for the half right about now. He's running 14-15 miles every weekend, so he's exhausted!

I think that consistency award was for logging in every day for a month.

I'm working on shedding a few pounds for the PCOS thing. There's a lot going on on that front.

Anyway, glad to see you're back! Keep me up to date with your training.

HAHAHA! You're so funny! Yes, I do know right foot, left foot! Ok... half marathon is a possibility.

Did I lead you to believe I have signed up for a 5k? That is not what I meant. I just meant I was going to try to run one for myself. Like at the gym. It's going to get too cold to run outside in about 6 weeks.

I do like the idea of doing intervals. Right now I can run 30 seconds and walk 1 min. I can do that for 20 mins. So... I'll work on it. I wish we lived near each other so we could do this together!
