Not-so-New Mommy Needs to Get Healthy Again!!

I'm not the 'New Mommy' I was when I started this journey in June 2008, so I thought I should update this page! I now have 2 kiddos, the youngest will be one this month! I first logged back on here when she was 3 weeks old weighing in at 179 pounds! I set my sites back on 150 which is right where I am headed. I began the Chalean Extreme program right after Thanksgiving, and have lost 10 pounds so far with that (currently in week 5). I am hoping ot hit 150 by the end of Jan. and adjust my goals ...

My Goals:
When I created this page, I was pretty vague and generic with these goals...I've decided I need to be more specific so I can actually be accountable for them!

Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.

Exercise at least 100 total min. each week. (at least 4x per week.)

Do strength training 3x per week.

Take multivitamin every day.

Stay within calorie range (1250-1550) each day. (this is the tough one!)

Continue to be an example of a healthy lifestyle for my girls!


My Program:
My program is basically just eating better and exercising more...actually paying attention to what I am putting in my mouth! I also added Chalean Extreme at the end of Nov. 2010...so far I love it!

Personal Information:
I am a stay-at-home Mom trying to be the best example I can for my 2 little girls. I want them to grow up knowing a 'healthy lifestyle' so they don't have to struggle with thier weight like their mommy and grandmas always have! It's time to change that pattern!

June 17 2008: SW 172

Dec. 20 2008:
actual 151.8 Goal Met :)

May 2009: Pregnant again!

Jan. 2010: delivered beautiful baby girl.

March 2010: 6 weeks post baby weight is 176.

July 31, 2010: 164.8

Aug. 2010: pregnant again. Weight 166

Oct. 2010: miscarriage at 14 weeks.

Nov. 21 2010: weight 167.5

Jan. 10, 2011: weight 156

Feb. 11 2011: weight 153

Mar. 25, 2011: weight 150.4

Congrats -- Eva, I love that name! Adding baby #2 ROCKED my world and it took a lot of adjustment for me. You'll get yourself back where you'd like to be in no time :)
