I'm not what you would call a self modivator. In high school I was the one on all the sports teams, but now that i'm a mom, I seem to have gained a lot of weight. It's not that it happened overnight so I don't plan to lose it that way. I'm going to be fit and healty so that I can put on a bikini and walk around on the beach. LOL!


Here are my goals:
Goal 1 - 175 (fit in my niece's jean size again)
Goal 2 - 165 lbs (fit in to new jeans)
Goal 3 - 155 lbs (New bra in the normal stores. Nolonger having to special order!)
Goal 4 - 145 lbs (new sexy dress that shows off my curves, but this time in a good way!)
Goal 5 - 135 lbs (go to the movies and get the popcorn if I still want it.)

How I will accomplish this:

BABY STEPS:
I will take it one day at a time! I will not focus on the whole amount of weight I want to loose but a small baby step and start by managing it one day at a time.

EATING HABITS:
I will not forbid myself from eating what I like rather than watch my portions and track my calories. This includes that I eat breakfast every morning, even if it is just a bowl of oatmeal.

EXERCISE HABITS:
My goal is to exercise 3 times a week and gradually increase the days. Cleaning the house instead of sitting on the couch. Getting out there on the ramp once a day when I work. Back to my 12 mile bike rides when my son is back in school.

LIFE CHANGES:
Making myself aware of what I put into my body everyday. No more ignoring what I know. Making a healty change to last my life time. Forcing myself to work out even if I don't feel like it. Lazy is how I got this way. Determination is how I'm going to get out of it.

MOTIVATION:
My family of course but also from my friends and teams. It's so much easier when you have a group of friends with the same goals and plans.

Fitness Minutes: 12,706

My Goals:
My goal is to get back to my High school athletic weight of 135 but if I'm at 150 I will be happy with results. I want to be able to walk stairs with out my knee hurting due to the extra weight. I want to be able to keep up with my husband in a game of tennis without being winded right away.


My Program:
I'm trying to get back on the Gazelle for at least 30 min a day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, and not sit and read a book when I get home.
