Hi Hazellynn, thanks for your comment on my blogpost. I see your status shows you are seesawing between the same 2 lbs. LOL. I started off losing and gaining the same six pounds for a couple of months after I started on this site. Before I took more drastic action regarding my nutrition plan and fitness regimen. Keep at it, and you will do it. Maybe you just need to add more raw vegetables to your diet or maybe up your workout totals, or maybe you just need to be patient for a few more days, but regardless of what it is, you will find what works for you!
Hi Hazellynn, I saw your status that you need a pep talk! We've all been there, and it is not whatever you ate briefly that will make the difference but what you do after....you have to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on the health and wellness wagon! You can do it! You can make consistently good food choices.
