My Goals:
To get my diabetes back under control with an A1c back to a 7 by June.
I will get my wieght to 137lbs, by June.
I will start getting out and do more activites with my daughter, starting with 2 or 3 a wk.

My Program:
writing all information about my diabetes: bs record, all med's, everything I eat.
record my daily exercise,keep a journal 3 times a week.
write every activity with daughter.

Personal Information:
I am a mom of a 9 year old daughter.
I have been a diabitic for 24 years now, I should know a lot about this condition, but I can't keep it to gether.

Other Information:
I love to cook as long as I don't feel like it is a chore.
I also like to get together with the family.
Play games with my daughter.

Thanks for the encouragement. I have not been doing very well at weight loss. I am going to the gym today. I am very proud of you and Michael for starting the walking. I really enjoyed it when Phillip & I walked. We stopped at every walking track while we traveled. I miss it so much. I love you! emoticon
