More action and less talking!

I'm 27, single and just not happy with my life. All my best friends have graduated college, started their careers, got married and are starting families. I feel "left behind" and "out of the loop"... like I don't connect with them anymore.

Ever since they started getting married and I've remained single, I've started on this path of eating and drinking away my feelings.

I was always lucky growing up that I could eat whatever I wanted and never put the pounds on, but ...

My Goals:
Long term goals: I would like to lose 70 pounds by June 2013.

Medium goal: To lose 35 pounds by January 2013.

Short goal: Do some sort of workout each day and track my food intake for the next month without missing a day!

My Program:
I started a fitness class at work to keep me on the go and give me different workout ideas. I have cut a major portion of eating out (especially fast food) out of my diet. I am counting calories to maintain a decent level of food a day.
