My Journey

Hello everyone,
I am Kriston and I am a sophomore at WCU. I'm hoping to get rid of the freshman fifteen and get into more physical activities that are offered in the beautiful surroundings.
I love dancing (even though I dance like a white girl). It helps keep my spirit up which is always good for the soul.
I'm a country girl at heart and I love the great outdoors. My boots take me anywhere I need to go and I'm hoping to get far.

My Program:
I have done a lot of research on nutrition/dietetics so basically sticking to what I know and what I like.
For physical activity, try to work in 90 minutes of exercise (MWF cardio, TRS cardio/weights).
