My Goals:
I want to tone up, stop the eating binges, exercise and eat well regularly, lose 10-15 pounds and keep it off! And feel good in the process, can't forget that.

My Program:
I try to make it to the gym most mornings for cardio, and strength training every other day. I recently went to my first yoga class and plan on continuing that as well. I aim for 1200-1600 calories per day.

Hi Hayley! Thanks for visiting my page and leaving a comment! I'm glad to see that you've got a plan for beating the freshman fifteen (which so easily gets out of control)!

Guilt! Think of all the energy we waste beating ourselves up and feeling ashamed - it's paralyzing. Detours happen - the trick is to correct ourselves and get back on track. Make your world a guilt-free zone and keep on working towards your goals!
