I am looking forward to trying out the meal suggestions to get me toward my nutrition goals. We are moving closer to my work and our church...so looking forward to biking to work. Also, planning to use the gym membership that's been rotting away on the shelf lately...and I really enjoy doing pilates videos at home.

Hey! It's been a while! I kinda stopped using this site for a while, but now I'm ready to attempt it again. I am also no longer working at the hospital. My old boss (from a prior law firm) asked me to come back, so here I am...back at the law firm. It's nice to be back - and now I'm ready to start getting healthy! I hope things are going great for you!!!
I ended up not getting a bike. :( I am still getting used to working again, so by Saturday, I was exhausted - I'm pretty sure I slept most of the day. I didn't even get out to the humane society! Now today is football, and I love my football season, so it's probably gonna be a "lounging on the couch" kind of day....but we will see!
HEY! I had orientation yesterday and started training today. I am training on day shifts, but my regular shift once I'm done training will be 4:30pm-2am Monday thru Thursday. I'm not a morning person, so I think it will work out!
I hope your back feels better! I usually have more problems with my upper back/neck, just because of the type of job I have (sitting at a computer). I haven't been to my chiropractor for a few months!
I don't have a bike. I would LOVE a bike, but I haven't been able to afford one yet. (At the moment, I focus on what I NEED, rather than what I WANT). Do you have a 2-seater bike? We could go on romantic bike strolls! HAHA! Just kidding!
