Hi My Name is Kisha, I'm an almost 32 year old with 3 children. Growing up I was always skinny.. I mean really skinny. I was teased for it until I hit puberty and began to fill out in all the right places. I enjoyed that "perfect" body the first two years of high school until I became pregnant at the age of 17. Things spread and stretched, but soon after having my first child I bounced back to my former self, a little juicier but still healthy and fit. As I got older I noticed that my former eating habits, JUNK FOOD GALOR, was beginning to catch up to me.

I married my high school sweet heart and today we have 3 wonderful children. The more years and the more children that pass the bigger and bigger I get. My husband continues to love me and he says I look good, but pictures don't lie and what happened 2 weeks ago was the Ah ha moment that made me decide to turn my life around.

It was a simple event that sent the alarms off in my head. I was sitting in the car with my hubby excited to go on a secret Christmas shopping excursion for the kids and it happened.. I got out the car and my button popped off of my pants.. It Popped off and flew clear across the parking space.. I knew that when I put on the jeans they were tighter and I knew that when I looked in the mirror or down at my legs they seemed bigger, but REally???

At that moment I decided to no longer go to the Pizzeria that is across form work and to get back to the me I'm supposed to be.

For the past week I have been eating healthy and exercising EVERYDAY... I am a former dancer and have been on Yo Yo diets for the past 10 years, but this time it's not a diet, It's a life style change... One week into it and I already feel smaller!

1. Made a decision to change my lifestyle.

2. Joined Spark peopl

3. Eating the right amount of HEALTHY calories fat and protien

4. Drop the sugars, sodas and junk

5. Exercise 90 minutes 7 days per week.

    be gentle with yourself. patience and persistence will pay off ... even if you don't work out EVERY day. stand firm in your decision to get healthy, but don't overwhelm yourself into failure. it's ok if you miss a day, you'll just pick up the next. life happens. enjoy it..... emoticon

    You've been doing great so far. Hang in there. Exercise and eating healthy will just become a regular for you. Give it time to become routine.

    Don't rush it. The weight didn't add on overnight and you can't expect it to come off the same.

    We're in all this together so if you need support....just holla!!!!
