Struggled for years trying to lose Baby weight...then at 24 had extensive back surgey and unable to exercise like before...so now were going to Hawaii and if I am going to pay that type of money I want to look fantasic and feel wonderful to truly enjoy it!

Sadly our original date was set for July but in light of my recent Medical leave from work we have decide Sept will be the better time for us to take our trip. Brighter Side: I have a little loner to reach a target weight!

Few of the things left to do:

Get healthy and slim down for Hawaiian Vacation!
Ride exotic animals - camel, elephant.
Visit All 50 States (22 Down)
Vows in Vegas
Who knows what else sometimes I don't know it was really a bucket item until I complete it.

My background photo is the before pic of my back in 9/2008 before surgery and then the 9/2008 after pic...the after pic is what I live with everyday. this causes me constant chronic back pain, it limits me sometimes on exercising and sometimes on life. This is why my hips hurt when I walk. it has been a struggle to lose weight and it will also be a struggle to lose it it and keep it off but "when" not "if" I reach my goal hopefully this will not be an issue no more!

    You can do it! in terms of insanity try to do them at your own pace who cares if you get one exercise done while they get 20. Thats how i started, I recently had my son and boy loosing baby weight is soooo mch harder than losing your own weight. Start eating healthy but try not to go overboard. Do it slowly or else you will detest eating and eventually you'll throw out all the healthy stuff and go back to the bad habits. Keep going and Never give up! 80 days will soon be here and there is no time to slack off. Gooooood Luuuck!!!

    Glad you liked my blog - it's crazy being stuck isn't it!

    I've gone back through my food journal today to see what I was eating when I was losing - I noticed I had more protein - was doing protein shake for brekky, protein at lunch and at dinner.... hmmmmm.... really low carb but lots of salad and veggies.....

    Okay girlfriend - lets do this! Eating low in the calorie range and lots of icy lemon water - emoticon
