Get back closer to my ideal weight. I'd be happy to be under 200 pounds, since it seems like years since I've been under 200.
Following my SP diet plan, journaling and drinking my water! AND exercising at least 20 minutes a day!
From a small East Texas town that I doubt anyone from outside this area has ever heard of... Married to the girl of my dreams, who is a great cook, devout Christian and has a great sense of humor! Play guitar in a church praise band... Love Music, movies, bicycling, amateur radio, computers, weather, fishing, photography...
My favorite things:
Bands - Pink Floyd / Rush
Albums - Wish You Were Here / Permanent Waves/Moving Pictures
Day - Any that doesn't require me to get up with an alarm clock!
Food - Bar-B-Q, followed closely by Pizza, then Tex-mex.
Place - Alaska, then Texas
Smell - fresh brewed COFFEE, fresh cut grass, fresh bread.
Drink - Community Dark Roast, Sweet Tea, Dr Pepper.
Sport - Texas Ranger Baseball, then Texas Aggie Football, Dallas Cowboys Football and NASCAR.
