I am sure that having that triathlon in August will keep you motivated to keep training all summer long. You have been helping to keep me motivated.
I also know you are right that I should choose another goal besides weight loss. I started to train for a 5K but then stopped for some reason. Maybe I should pick that back up again? I am trying to focus more on being active. I just need to get past worrying over my size 10's and be happy they are not size 20's...
How did the triathlon go? I am so proud of you for completing it.
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I have been working out like crazy (already have 1000 minutes this month), have been watching my eating and am NOT losing weight. I am so sick of doing all this....it is soooo frustrating! But I am going to just keep it up and hope to at least have my clothes start falling off! LOL 2560 days ago
Hey there! Wanted to stop by and see how your training is going. Looks like we got booted off our thread! I have been doing poorly apparently. I gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks. Kills me because I have been working out like a madwoman! Not going tolet it get me down, the exercise has to be doing something right??? Hope you are doing well! 2581 days ago
Thanks for the comment! I have a team challenge and we weigh-in on Mondays and it seems my weight is the highest on Mondays. Tuesday I was down 1.5 pounds....Oh well, it's just a number on the scale right? Wish I could believe that!
Sounds like you are keeping up with your workouts. I am glad to hear it. I haven't seemed to really get into a groove but I have been trying to do the treadmill every night for an hour.
