Hi; was just looking through the Arizona team, and noticed you are from Lake Havasu. My husband and I are presently vacationing here from Canada until the end of Feb., so I thought I'd pop by and say "hello". You have a beautiful city here. We are loving the walks around the lake and the many fine restaurants. Susan

Speaking of motivating people, can you nudge Rose? By the time she's ready to donate her 12s to me, they might be too big! LOL

Tell her next time you guys walk that if she doesn't watch out, I'll be donating MY jeans to HER! hehehe The LAST thing I imagine she would want is to REALLY be my BIG sister, LOL

P.S. As a vegetarian, I wonder if you are tracking your protein particularly closely? I eat "meat," but four of my six favorite lean protein sources are actually vegetarian:

- Nasoya Lite Firm Tofu
- Whey protein powder (and/or egg white powder)
- Nonfat Greek yoghurt or Skyr
- Seitan

Lately with all the strength training I've had to increase my daily protein intake to 100g.

...any lower than that and I get the *worst* cravings...
