SHORT GOALS MAKE BIG CHANGES!!!!!!!!

starting over. with god's help i will lose 100 lbs in a year.
starting weight: 280 lbs.

real women do have real curves and i do not want to be stick thin.

books and spark friends keep me motivated.

a good book to read is get fit for god.

1. 104 oz. of water
2. eat 3-5 fruits and veggie.
3. leave the vending maching at work alone.
4.i do exercise 30 to 45 min a day. walking, jumping, strength training. food is my biggest problem, i read everything i can get my hands on and i keep trying.

for the last 20 years i have tried to loose weight. high blood pressure, bad knees, just admitted to myself that i am obese.
