i'm back!

hello everyone!

i joined spark for the first time in 2007 and fell off the wagon a few times but i am back! i am so thankful for the amazing people i have met here who constantly serve as an inspiration to me!

i have been on a diet for as long as i can remember, on again and off again since i was about 12 years old. with some humor, good friends and amazing motivation along the way, i know WE CAN DO THIS!!!! :)

My Goals:
i need to lose well over 200 pounds but at this point i should start out with smaller goals. my first goal will be to lose 50, 75, 100, etc pounds. from there, i will keep on keeping on. i figure any pounds lost are a good thing (as long as i don't gain them back).

My Program:
i've lost 100 lbs to date with another 100+ to go!

i am TRYING to get my fitness routine established and kick things into high gear.

i am hoping the combo of all of this helps me burn these pounds!!!!

Personal Information:
i'm an east coast girl, very happily married to a wonderful man who makes me laugh daily and is pretty easy on the eyes if i do say so myself! i work full time and hope one day to become a mom :)

Other Information:
i am a pretty easygoing person and i love meeting new people. i have a wide variety of interests from travel to cooking to photography. i have a great sense of humor and love to make people laugh.
