I come from an over weight family. Beside my two stick sisters. I am the oldest of 4 kids. So I me big, stick sister 1, stick sister 2, and my brother that is also big. But I would like to get health cause I do not want to leave my kids with out a mother. So I need all the help I can get.

Are to drank more water, walk more and work out more.

Personal Information:
Hi my name is Melissa. I am from Bay City Michigan. Born and raised. For as long as I can remember I have been over weight.

Back in 2003 I divorced my Ex-husband. When I leaved him I was over 300lbs. I lost a lot of weight to were I was down to a size 18w.

But then I gained it all back cause I got to comfortable with my ex-boyfriend.

Then in 2005 I meet my husband now. I did lose some weight. But gained again.

I joined Spark-people in 2007 and I did lose weight 50lbs. But I gained it back cause I lost another pregnancy and I lost my Great grandma. So I gave up.

But now I am back I wont to do this. Not for my family for me. I need to do this for myself. So I can be here for my kids.

Other Information:
I like to work on cross-stitching and playing bingo with my grandma.

The books I like and read is Freedom Writers, Twilight saga and Night world.

I love to go for walks with my husband and kids.

My favorite movie are all of the Pirates of the Caribbean. But I just love Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp in them. Lord of the Rings, Save the last dance, and anything with Van Diesel in them and the Twilight Sagas.

I so hear you I stayed at 260 for 4 weeks!!!! But then I lost 4 pounds so I was happy LOL :D

3 pounds WOW that is great! right now I am trying to keep my hopes up. Even if I only lose half a pound I will be happy because it is progress it is the standing still thing that just kills me. But I will be ok I will make it through and then I will look back and be like OMG that was soo hard I don't ever want to do that again LOL and then I won't gain the weight back. HAHA
