I'm back for round two! I got off track while working 3rds, I just didn't have the time to log in and keep up. I lost some weight, but gained it all back and then some when I hurt my back in October of 2008. I'm at my highest weight(besides pregnancy) of 175. I'm sick of feeling worn out and tired all of the time. I have reset my goals, and selected a more sensible weight loss plan. I'd like to lose 1-2 lbs a week.

My husband and I both walk anywhere from 1.5 - 4.5 miles a day ...

My husband and I both walk anywhere from 1.5 - 4.5 miles a day after dinner. This allows us to catch up on each other's days, while doing something we both enjoy. Our little girl loves the walks too, and usually falls right asleep afterwards. I love walking because it's the only thing I can really do that doesn't hurt my back.
