I seen your post on the introduce yourself forum. I am not sure what is happening as I came here to see your trackers possiably but you have them on private.
But let me tell you with my experience that you have to watch everything. Like protein,fiber, sodium as all of these aids in your weight loss. Also sometimes our bodys gets use to the same thing. Maybe try changing things up. Fooling your body a little, for instance doing something different in the exercise department for about a week. How much water are you actually drinking. Maybe increasing that a little will help as well.
When I first started Spark People I decided not to put so much pressure on myself. Gave myself time to get used to things. I think most people think the same way as I had in the past and I would jump into a diet routine full force instead of taking it slow. Then I would fissile out as to me was too much work at one time. So this is what you have to keep in mind. That you’re teaching yourself new ways and you’re not going to get this overnight. The first week here at spark I just tracked my food just to see what I was doing to myself, was a good eye-opener. Then the second week I got used to drinking water and trying to stay within the calorie range. I didn't normally drink water. Usually it was Pepsi of choice. But I drank 3 cups the first day then moved it up two days later. This is how you have to think about it as a step process. Sure we are not perfect and yes we will have a not so good day. But keep making those steps forward and before you know it you will be at your goal weight. More healthier and feel better about yourself and that is our Ultimate goal here. But just know we are in this together and you’re not alone.
