Want my dancers body back

Well I have been trying to lose weight for a long time now. I have been on and off a diet for years now, and I have even been on and off spark since I joined. I know that I can do it. I have lost 25lbs before and I can do it again. I really beleive that I need some accountability. Any time I knew that some one was checking on my progress I always did better and I dont have that right now. So if anyone wants to be online weight loss buddies let me know!!

I made my Weight Watchers goal of 140lbs!!!!!!! 1/19/09

I AM A LIFETIME MEMBER OF WEIGHT WATCHERS!!!!!! 3/2/09


Now after losing the first 25lbs I have to work on those last 15lbs and I need them off by October 2010 for my WEDDING!!!!!!!! I am so excited to be getting married and I would love to be at my goal for my wedding. I also have my friends wedding in Mexico April 2009 so it would be nice to get there by then.

My Goals:
Main goals:
-I want to feel comfrotable in my body to not suck in my stomach all day everyday.
-I want to have better control of my asthma.
-To be able to run a 5K.

Short term goals(to get me to main goals) :
-I want to run on for 30 minutes without stopping.
-Want to make eating health become easy.

Mini goals to reach short-term goals:
-To follow the C25K every week.
-Start eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Also work in more protein into the diet.
-Stay within my Weight Watcher points.

My Program:
I am currently jogging amd I do that every other day. I also do some of the P90X dvds.
I like add in different work out DVDs. I work in Center City Philadelphia so I try and walk around the city on my break.


Personal Information:
I am Heather and I am 28 years old and I live in Philadelphia, PA. I work full time and sit at a desk all day. I am planning my wedding for 10/22/10.
