My Goals:
I need to lose 30 lbs (14kg) to get to my normal BMI. I also aim to eat clean, and I specifically focus on anticancer diet.

My Program:
I track my calories daily, trying very hard to stick to 1500 kcal/day, do strength training 3x a week and roughly 120 minutes of cardio a week.

Personal Information:
I'm from Malaysia. I'm a practicing Muslim and a doctor. I have 3 wonderful sons. Life is great, All Praise to Allah!

(You might think a doctor knows a lot about health/ nutrition, but no, we only learned about illnesses and how to fix them)
