My Goals:
Incorporate fruits and veggies into my everyday eating (without worrying about counting their calories!)

Show self control when it comes to eating out or going out for a drink.

Most importantly, feel happy with every little success and know that any set back is not an end all.

My Program:
Stick to a 1,200-calorie diet (minus fruit and veggies).

Enjoy hiking, biking or a casual workout 4-5 days of the week.

Use that gym pass!!!!
