Well I'm actually new to the whole running scene. I can run a little over a mile now...but it's slow and not extremely comfortable. I've run two a couple of times in the past few weeks but it's been hard. So I'm not really running a few miles w/out stopping & dying at the end...so I don't love it yet. Thanks for the friend add. I just got into running as well. You're farther along than I am but I've never really enjoyed it and I'm trying to stick with it. I'm actually training for my first half marathon...coming up in January. My dad is a runner and my husband is a runner...surely I can do it too? You've already made some good progress. I was eating 8-9 meals a day (loads of snacks). But I realized a lot of my "hunger" was just thirst. So I started listening to my body more and more. I'll bring the snacks back once we get home from vacation but right now I'm trying to prep for vaca (aka all inclusive resort and food at designated times...I can't go every 2 hours for food so I'm getting ready for it now!) It's working really well!
I upped my meals and it increased their holding power (breakfast alone is 400 calories) 2427 days ago
