My Goals:
Maintain my weight loss and be as healthy as I can in the process.
My Program:
Track all my food. Eat at least 5 servings of fruit & veggies daily. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Exercise 30 or more mins a day 5 days a week.
Personal Information:
I live in Waimate South Canterbury New Zealand married in Feb 74 and have a son and a daughter and between them we have 4 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.
