Getting Back On Track!

I have been off track for over a year and I am happy to say, I am back.

Towards the end of 2011, I had to stop running and before I knew it, the weight started piling on. I was really embarrassed and didn't want to post a weight gain every month, so I just dropped out. Well, we were moving and I had left my whole lifestyle behind, my life was really disrupted for a while, so I ate. All this is really just an excuse, but it took me a long time to break out of the rut I was in.

All this is really just an excuse, but it took me a long time to break out of the rut I was in.

Now that things are "normal" again, I really wanted to get back in shape. When I left SP, I weighed more than my tracker was showing because I just stopped moving it. Although the tracker is 1.8 pounds higher now than I was showing before I left, I am actually almost ten pounds down and feeling good about myself. This is a big THANKS to my SP friends that had faith in me and encouraged me to come back. Well, I am back and right on track!

I used to be an AOL "Junkie". I met my sweetie on line and we have been together going on 17 years. So, our favorite movie is "You've Got Mail"

I have written two book s about raising butterflies entitled "If You Plant It, They Will Come" and "Butterfly Gardens and Raising Butterflies" The second book is an updated version of the first book - Both books are available at Amazon.com and Barnes&Noble.com I have also been fortunate enough to have some book signings in my community.

Some are happy to stroll along while others need to run.
If you want to complete this journey, then forget about the rest.
Each of you must travel the way that suits you best.
As long as you believe it, you WILL get there some day.
