Lose the post wedding weight!!

I got married in July 2007! and since have put on 2 1/2 stone! (35 pounds!) My Husband and I would now like to start trying for a baby! however I would like my body to be fitter and healthier before we start! So as part of 2009 I aim to lose 35 pounds by April.

Good wednesday! Your profile caught my eye as My Husband and I will start trying for baby again in April as well! We have a 4yr old and unfortunately just miscarried this month. I have about 20-25 lbs to loose to be the weight I was when I first met my Hubby and before I had my son, so my goal is to get back to that by April when we start trying again! emoticon here's to us getting health for baby!!! good luck!

Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this step to getting healthy. You will find a lot of info here and there are many waiting to encourage you. Find teams that meet your needs then post every day. That will help you stay accountable. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed here. It will take a couple of weeks before you really feel like you know what your doing. If you have questions please ask. All of us were new once and had to ask ourselves. And do not ever give up.
